Most students at O’Block study Von Studies alongside a subject area. Led by Professor Helmudt Schmidt, the programme is concerned mainly with law and order.

How study works here
Every student is admitted to the College, not to a department. You spend your first year sampling subject areas and taking the foundation modules of Von Studies, then choose your main subject with a faculty adviser.
Classes are small and departments are close-knit, so you will be known by name from your first week.
